The French Notary is a Governmental Officer who works for public services. His main role is the preparation of acts or conventions in their authentic form, including bills of sale of real estate or of property rights.

• From signing the booking contract, we liaise between the purchaser, the developer or the seller and the notary in charge of drafting deeds.

• We explain the process of acquisition in France and help you to understand the various documents that the Notary addresses you.

• There is a real support to the organization of the appointments to the signing of deeds with, if necessary for our foreign clients, the intervention of a sworn translator in the language of buyers.

• Generally, this agreement comes within 2 to 4 months after the booking, depending on whether it is a purchase in new-built or resale of an existing property.
